Services

Everything a dental practice
needs to be seen.

Video, photography, and social media management, handled by one team, not three separate vendors. Dan runs the day, our team edits and posts it, so you’re never left with a hard drive full of files and no plan for what happens to them.

Three services

One session,
three deliverables.

01

Dental videography

Doctor interviews, patient case studies and cinematic coverage of real procedures. Cut into short hype reels for social and longer pieces for the website.

02

Dental photography

Chairside moments with real patients, before and afters, team headshots and the stills the practice website has been missing.

03

Dental social media

The footage is scheduled, captioned and posted. Dan manages the accounts so the practice is not deciding what to put up on a Tuesday night.

How it runs

Four steps, and
the calendar is full.

01

Conversation

What the practice wants more of, who the doctor is on camera, and what is already working on the accounts.

02

Session day

One operator, moving through a normal schedule. Interviews, treatment, headshots and stills in the same day.

03

Edit

Reels, long-form cuts, case studies and retouched stills, built to the formats each platform actually rewards.

04

One to two weeks

Everything delivered within one to two weeks of the session, then scheduled and posted so the feed never goes quiet.

Where it ends up

One visit, a year of
dental content.

The argument for capturing everything in a single visit is not the day rate. One session in your operatory produces material for the website, the feed and the consult room at the same time, which is why a practice that films twice a year stops running out of things to post in March.

01

The practice website

Long-form doctor interviews and procedure films belong on the treatment pages, where a patient comparing three practices is already reading. Retouched dental photography of your own doctors and your own rooms replaces the stock images every other dental site in the country is also running, and patients can tell the difference even when they cannot say why.

02

The feed

Fifteen to thirty second vertical cuts from the same interviews, captioned and ready to schedule. Before and afters repurposed. Enough material to post consistently for months without asking the front desk to make content between patients, which is the point at which most practice accounts quietly go dormant.

03

The consult room

A procedure film answers the question a patient is too polite to ask twice. Showing your actual operatory, your actual doctor and your actual chair does more for case acceptance than a brochure ever has, and it does it before the patient sits down.

Pricing

Built to the practice,
not to a package.

What a practice needs in its first year is not what it needs in its fifth. Pricing is set against the content volume and the services actually rendered, and it is discussed openly before anything is booked.
